Undermethylation (or histadelia) is the dominant chemical imbalance in about 20% of patients diagnosed with psychosis. The major psychotic feature is usually delusions, although auditory hallucinations are sometimes present. Laboratory indications include whole-blood histamine above 70 mg/ml and folate overload.
Most undermethylated persons in the general population tend to be high-achiever in good mental health. However, about 20% of persons diagnosed with mental illness exhibit this imbalance which responds to methylation therapies. The following is a list of factors associated with undermethylation. The presence of 30-50% of the factors may be sufficient for diagnosis.

Medical Practitioner Testimonials
"I have been practicing Nutritional & Environmental Medicine since 1985. This pathway has brought much excitement and passion to my practice of medicine. The opportunity to attend both the 2007 and 2008 Walsh-Pfeiffer Outreach in Sydney due to the enthusiasm of Marion Redstone has given me an even greater passion: i.e. to work with the children affected by Autism, ASD, ADHD etc."
